In Memoriam: Lill Hanson
It is with sadness that we share the passing of Lill Hanson, a longtime member of our community.
Lill served for many years as Secretary of the Trinity Oaks Board of Directors and was a tremendous asset to our community. Her dedication and service to Trinity Oaks will be remembered, and she will be dearly missed.
Our thoughts are with Lill's family and loved ones during this difficult time.
Community Reminders
- Covenants & Restrictions 2.7: Garbage cans must be clean, sanitary, and stored out of view from the street except on pickup day.
- Covenants & Restrictions 2.35: Mailboxes and posts must be painted high-gloss black with a red flag and installed per U.S. Postal Service guidelines.
- Covenants & Restrictions 2.35: ARC approval is required for all exterior lighting, including decorative or permanent installations such as soffit or color-changing LED lighting.
