Community Reminders

Covenants & Restrictions 2.7: Garbage cans must be clean, sanitary, and stored out of view from the street except on pickup day.
Covenants & Restrictions 2.35: Mailboxes and posts must be painted high-gloss black with a red flag and installed per U.S. Postal Service guidelines.
Covenants & Restrictions 2.35: ARC approval is required for all exterior lighting, including decorative or permanent installations such as soffit or color-changing LED lighting.

Additionally, while drought conditions persist, the Association’s management company (QPM) is not expected to issue violations for items that require significant water usage to remedy (e.g., lawn recovery or roof cleaning). This is a temporary consideration.
