What is an HOA/POA?

In an HOA, a homeowner is also subject to certain Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), which outline what a homeowner may or may not do with the property. In Trinity Oaks, POA fees are set on an annual basis by the Property Owners Association as part of the annual budget process. POA fees in Trinity Oaks are paid annually and due in January each year..
What is a deed restricted community?

The board of directors is working with contractors to maintain the ponds around Trinity Oaks. While all ponds are in the queue for maintenance, please contact the Board of Directors with any specific issues that should be addressed.

What does the ARC do?
What is the ARC and What does it do?
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a permanent standing committee appointed by the Trinity Oaks Board of Directors to perform the architectural and landscape review and control functions as identified in the governing documents and listed in the property deed that binds each property owner. ANY alteration to the exterior of a home or its landscaping requires the PRIOR approval of the ARC. All owners must comply with the ARC requirement to submit ALL plans for approval before commencing any work relating to a change. Owners can request a change by submitting a completed
ARC Form along with any additional plans and documentation. The homeowner is also responsible for obtaining and all necessary building permits and complying with all governmental, and POA regulations relating to the requested change.

The newsletter is published twice a year and is delivered by volunteers of the community. Expect a Spring & Fall edition of the newsletter.
